Welcome to BEAP

BEAP, formerly known as EARN-EAP, has provided EAP services to Cincinnati businesses for over 30 years. Counseling is our passion, and we are experts at helping our clients to quickly and efficiently gain practical skills and perspective to solve their problems. BEAP has over 65 local state licensed counselors, all with Master’s or Doctorate degrees in Clinical Counseling or Social Work and over 200 clinicians in our nationwide network. Our goal is to assist individuals through times of crises so that they can lead a fuller, happier, and more productive life.

BEAP is a division of LifePoint Solutions (the newly merged Family Service of the Greater Cincinnati Area and Clermont Counseling Center). Because of this relationship, we can also offer these unique services to our EAP clients:

  • Assistance in dealing with life issues such as parenting, divorce, grief stress management, conflict resolution, and anger management
  • A diverse staff that is able to provide therapy in multiple languages
  • Interpreters for almost 100 languages
  • Familiarity with medical health plans and the business and cultural climate/issues in the region
  • Knowledge of the community service network; we know of the best resources and how to access them
