What are your hours?

Appointments can be made with BEAP counselors on Monday – Fridays, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m., and Saturday from 8:30-noon. The exact schedule availability is limited by the current case load and your preferred office location. We try very hard to schedule your appointment within 3-4 business days, or at your earliest convenience. This information will be covered with you during your first call or email.

Can’t you meet me in my home or at work?

Because of privacy and security issues, BEAP counselors do not see clients in homes or places of employment.
